Blame, Putting It Where It Belongs

Posted in Uncategorized by Patrick Truax on November 17, 2007

The other day during the terrible fires in California one of the politicos out there said it was President Bush’s fault that so many houses burned because he had diverted so much manpower to Iraq that the state couldn’t adequately fight the fires.

Is a person with so little brainpower as to make a statement like that really fit to serve in Congress? I know I wouldn’t vote for somebody as juvenile and petulant as that. If they are that far out of touch with reality how can they possibly make responsible votes on important issues?

The reason the houses burned is because somebody started a fire and it got out of control and the person who started the fire should be held accountable.

When Katrina flooded New Orleans the mayor and the governor of Louisiana sat back and let the water roll in, totally overwhelmed as to what to do except to blame the federal government, a mantra taken up by an irresponsible media who delight in giving the Bush administration a black eye.

Another great Charlie Daniels rant..
