BEIJING, Oct. 14 — The Chinese Communist Party announced Sunday that President Hu Jintao’s major political innovation, which he calls “scientific development,” will be enshrined in the party charter as a historical contribution to Marxist ideology.

The Chinese Communists reaffirm their devotion to Marxism-Leninism. I’ll bet the staffers at the Post fought over this assignment.

Hillary ought to be happy too, by sticking to Marxist Doctrine the Chinese Communists will have a back door into US policy formation under a Clinton Administration. Artorius stands by an earlier assertion that the Chinese will have a large Military Base with 500 miles of the US within 15 years. They already have a large presence in the old Soviet listening post in Lourdes,Cuba. They have an even larger presence in the former Canal Zone. Wampoa, a Chinese company, is very big there. (Thanks to Jimmy Carter, WORST PRESIDENT EVER).

Hillary is thrilled that the Chinese Communists arent backing away from Marxism.
