Democrats to Offer New Surveillance Rules

House Democrats plan to introduce a bill this week that would let a secret court issue one-year “umbrella” warrants to allow the government to intercept e-mails and phone calls of foreign targets and would not require that surveillance of each person be approved individually.

This would make my cat laugh. There is only one group this would focus on if Hillary! wins in ’08, the Republicans..

    I dont suppose anyone remembers the FBI files obtained by Hillary through Craig Livingstone in ’93? Well, these new rules were allow he to tell her AG who is to be surveilled and who isnt. Newt Gingrich, Rush Limbaugh, Artorius and Free Republic, had better get encryption devices on their Blackberrys..
